Where we deliver
We deliver to serviceable PIN codes across India. If a PIN code is not served by our couriers, checkout will tell you before you pay.
When it arrives
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery takes 3 to 5 working days to metro cities and 5 to 9 working days elsewhere. Bespoke commissions, engraved bottles and Shahi Khazana allocations follow the timeline confirmed with you.
Charges
Insured shipping is complimentary on every order. Any charge is shown at checkout before payment.
Perfume and air transport
Alcohol-based extraits are classed as flammable liquids and travel by surface couriers, which may add one to two days to remote locations. Alcohol-free attars may travel by air.
Tracking
You receive a tracking link by email and SMS when your order leaves the House. You can also see it under My Account.
Damaged or tampered parcels
Please record a short unboxing video. If the outer seal is broken or a bottle has leaked, write to us within 48 hours of delivery with the video and photographs and we will replace it at no cost.
International orders
We currently ship within India. For international commissions, write to our concierge.
