You may cancel an order free of charge until it leaves the House.
Before dispatch
Cancel from My Account or write to our concierge. We refund the full amount to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
After dispatch
Dispatched orders cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or follow our Returns and Refunds policy for unopened bottles.
Commissions and engraving
Engraved orders can be cancelled until engraving begins, usually within 24 hours. A Royal Commission can be cancelled before the first sitting for a full refund; after formulation begins, the deposit confirmed in your commission letter is non-refundable.
Cancellations by us
If an item is unavailable, a PIN code cannot be served, or we suspect fraud, we may cancel an order and refund you in full.
